After download is complete, setup the tool as follows:
When you run the installer, following dialog box will appear, click on Run.
Click on Next.
Click on Install.
After Installation is over, Click Finish.
Now, to run the tool, go to start menu --> All programs --> Windows 7 USB DVD download tool --> Windows 7 USB DVD download tool.
Browse to the iso image of OS for which you want to create bootable USB.
Click Next.
Click USB device.
Select appropriate USB device from plugged in USB devices and click Begin copying.
Congratulations, you now have bootable USB drive. Now to install the OS from this USB, just plug this USB to computer and from boot menu select USB Device instead of CD/DVD/HDD.
